I am trying to calculate the difference between current year and prior year's numbers at the division, region, district levels, but because of the way the data is layed out I am not able to get the calcultion to work. I am pretty sure I need to change the context of the calculation but I can't seem to get it right.
I have a break on Year and Division. The numbers in the difference column below is what I am trying to get to.
