We are facing issues while filtering on a webI reports on BI4 based on a BEx Query.
It seems that the BICS connection is not able to interprete the internal format CALWEEK as YYYYWW.
It is always coming as ww.yyyy
Here are some tests we have done :
n°2 on the image, we set a filter on Week/year > 06.2015 only
==> we have the values 52.2014 and 01.2015 coming up
n°1 we decided to add the week/year - Key (information field) > 06.2015 also (both at the same time).
==> We have the value 52.2014 persisting and 01.2015 disappeared
n°3 we use a variable (formula defined in screenshot)
==> result is working
The issue that we are using document link and the variable are not in the Bex query therefore we cannot pass the values from one report to another.
I am now wondering if we should always avoid using a CALWEEK format in any of our BW/BI4 projects and prefer using a CHAR 6 field.
