Issue in scheduling a report in sap bo 4.1

Hi Team ,

I am facing some issue in SAP BO 4.1 environment,report is scheduling successfully but thing is it has to show the count in the file location

EX1: Daily report is there (Here XYZ is report Name)

                      First Time5PM ....XYZ000

                     Next day 5PM ....XYZ001          

                     Third day 5PM.....XYZ002

Ex2:

• xxx is a sequence number catalogued in the Enterprise System Interface Specification
• ‘P’ indicates that the files are production (will be T for test).
• nnnnnn will be the sequence number of the file type arriving at a target environment. The number is padded with zeros. E.g. P000001, P000002, T000001, T000002, T000003.
• An environment may reject a file if the sequence number does not match the expected value of one more than the last file.

Kindly let me know if any body know this .
