WEBI report not displaying arabic

Hi,

I have a webi  report which consists of multilingual languages (English & Arabic)

Data base is Oracle 10G , data consists of arabic language.

BO version is SAP BI 4.1

While refreshing the report ,i am getting junk characters for the arabic data as below.

Could someone help me resolve this issue or what activity should be performed on the server to display the arabic language coming from oracle DB?

Please note that this a new implementation
