Help required to populate the dynamic values as per cal quarter

Hello Gurus,

I want to populate the below mentioned table in Webi

Here the win rate is constant. So no problem in that. However the deal velocity is getting populated dynamically based on quarter. Please find below the logic for deal velocity:- (JAS = Jul-Sep, OND = Oct-Dec..so on..)

Please see the logic to implement the Deal Velocity

1. For first quarter
   (JAS) the time period is from July 1^st– Sep 15^th only
2. For second quarter
   (OND), the time period is from Sep 16^th– Dec 15^th
3. For third quarter
   (JFM), the time period is from Dec 16^th– Mar 15^th
4. But for last quarter,
   we should keep the time period from Mar 16^th– Jun 30^th,
   since this is financial year end we have to take the dates upto Jun 30^th.

Please let me know your inputs on the same. What should be the formula or logic to be used to calculate Deal Velocity?
