Download Assignment Users in BO

Hi Gurus!!!

I need your help. In my enterprise has BO Groups, for example:

POS001   = 100 users

POS002   = 200 users

MER004   = 400 users

MER029   = 500 users

and I have many users assigned in their groups.

I need to download the relation Group-Assignement users.

Exists some option in the CMC for do this?
