we currently get an intermittent error "An internal error occured while calling 'getDocumentInfosMDP-API. (Error ERR_WIS_30270)" in a WEBI Report. We are using BO Enterprise XI 3.1 on windows 2003 server SP2 and VMware 3.5.
Yesterday we had a problem with an interrupted designer session where the according universe has been open. The session ended abruptly due to blackout. After this, it was impossible to import the universe into any other designer client. After a reboot of the server the universe import issue has been solved. But now the a.m. error message occurs sometimes. It seems not to be a specific report: the error may occur in every report within the same universe.
The error message seems to be very generic because a couple of posts discuss it. Nevertheless does anybody have any experience with this special error or any hints to solve it?
