Dear Experts,
I am a Beginner to BO and therefore need your help for a requirement I have to do.
Its on BO 3.1. The flow is SAP BEx Query --> Universe ---> Webi report. The BEx query and Universes are defined already.
I have to build a Webi report and the required steps to be done as below:
1. Add fields into the Webi query as said by business - I think these objects needs to be added in Result Objects window pane?
2. all date formats equal DD/MM/YYYY. May I know how to achieve this?
3. Could the field format for field xxx maintained to “0000”, so that if incoming data is '95' or '9' or “975” converts in “0975” like appending zeros in start?
4. provide a complete dump of all orders of 01-01-2011 up till now? How to do this and where? and is it possible to dump so many years at once ?
5. there is an existing excel report in which Column B includes the data headers. Could these data headers be in row 1, and cell a1 is the first one that is filled? Please suggest how to achieve this?
6. Can we schedule a daily dump and put it on a customized or shared location?
7. Any performance improvement measure we can think of from BEx query to universe or this webi report we are building?
