Cross tab column header

Hello Experts,

In my report i am using Cross tab.Here my header with heading as current year "Object as Fiscal Year".

At that time my output is current year 2015. If the year don,t have data i am not getting any text in the header. I want to fix the header. Can anyone suggest me how to fix column header in cross tab.
