BI4.1SP1 Opendoc two clicks required

I have a summary report which links to a detailed report.  The links work, though the first time you click them they will do nothing (only select the cell the link is in), or open a new blank window which has nothing on it (depending on the machine). The second and all subsequent times you click the same link it works fine (opens a new tab and displays the report with the correct information).  Does anyone have any idea why the first click isn't working?

We are on BI4.1 SP1 Patch 1.  We did not notice this issue prior to upgrading from BI4.0 SP5.
