Can we add an extra row inbetween the rows in a block

Hi Guys,

Please let me know can we add an extra row in the report block.

For example, there are 100 rows in the report block, can we add an extra row in the middle of the block.

Lets say, i want to add a row at 50th row.  If yes, please let me know how to do it.
