Table side by side

HI

My requirement is to display a table with 3 columns side by side so that it uses minimum pages.

I have used rowindex function and then applied a filter. My problem is for few equipments the first 2-3 pages become blank and the data comes in 4-5 page and in few equipments data comes in 1-2 pages as per their row index.

I want to display the data for every equipment starting from page 1.

Please suggest a way forward.
