We are currently facing the issue that we have a Webi report containing a hierarchy. The basis of this report is a BEx Query, containing the same hierarchy. As the endusers do not have access to the BEx itself, they often export their report to Excel. However, the displaying of the hierarchy is not as expected. Did anybody run into this issue before and is there a solution at hand, preferably by a simply step-by-step manual for the users?
