We have a sales report for R.Ireland which runs weekly on a Sunday, on Thursday a small change to the sales categories was made to cover new Christmas lines.
But when the report came to run again on the following Sunday it picked up a completely different report instance from the UK not the ROI.
Both reports ran at different times, and both have completely different report IDs.
Has anyone out there encountered this type of thing before? It seems like the report instance between these two reports has been shared somehow?
Any insight would be gratefully received.
