Dynamic input controls in Webi report

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where i need to provide two input controls(dropdowns) in Webi Report

Where first dropdown should be input to second dropdown(When i select any option in first input control,only related options are expected in second dropdown). Is there any possibility to solve this in report level rather than universe level. Please suggest

BO 4.1

Example: State(Dropdown 1) and Cities(Dropdown 2)
