Dual Axis column-line chart displaying line instead of column

I've created a dual axis column line chart and have 2 values for Axis 1 and 2 values for Axis 2.  I'm having an issue with the columns in Axis 1.  one of the values is displaying as a bar and the other is displaying as a line.  In this case, it is the Number of Incidents that is displaying as a line.  I've tried to change order, remove/add object with no success.  I don't see the option to change a data point to a bar or line so I'm at a loss. Attached is the Assign Data screen shot and  the dual axis chart.  As a side note, I'm able to display a bar chart without a problem.
