Webi Report runs forever

We have internal URL and External URL to login into InfoView. Our Customer use external URL to login into InfoView. One of the Webi reports has a strange problem. We are able to refresh this report interactively (Refresh manually in 11 - 12 mins) and also schedule successfully when doing from Internal URL. Through External URL, this report I can schedule successfully but cannot refresh interactively. It just runs forever (hours) and does not throw any error. I have checked the query is hitting database and fetching data but not sure whats wrong on BO side.

 

Our's is a clustered environment (node 1 & 2, 3 processing servers) and we have CITRIX NetScaler 7000 load balancer, if you are logging from external URL.I have checked with out networking team about settings in URL/Load balancer/time out settings without much help.

 

I have to get this report resolved as 1 of top client is owner of this report and she for what reason in the world want to refresh only interactively (even though she can schedule and check results).

 

I checked with my Load balancer team and the session persistence was being handled by a cookie insert and had been set all the way up to 60 minutes.

It was set to backup persistence to be by source ip and that was set as high as 60 minutes also.The Client Timeout values were originally 180 seconds and were changed to as high as 9000 seconds, none of which seemed to help this report,  normally takes 12 - 14 mins to refresh interactively and has Start Date and End Date prompts to it.
