Running sum not working when a table filter is applied

I'm trying to recreate the following BEx query in webi 4.1 because I'm not getting the same results.

I have a query that shows all months and for each one of the quantities I have a summation property enabled.

When I tried to use that query as my source in the Webi report I get very different results.

Then I use a RunningSum() function to show all months and the amounts like in my query.

I get amounts in all months but since I don't want to show all history, only from DEC 2014 I created a filter and modified the original RunningSum to have a NoFilter(RunningSum()) but then I get amounts in some months and not all of them.

Any idea if I have to change something on my query or Webi report functions?!
