Section gives two extra pages in the report

Hi All,

I am facing an issue of report formatting as follows:

The report has section applied in it and on the first page there are extra gap between the report header and the top of the section:

Page 1 of report:

When I go the second page there is no space:

I have checked the below options:

If I change Minimum top offset and Top margin to 0.00 it automatically changes to 0.01.

For the cell where the section value is there, I have following settings:

For the table below it I have below settings:

The requirement is to have every section should start on new page and the section should be just below the header, like it is in page 2.

If I go to page view and change the view to “page mode”, it gives 2 extra pages before the first section.

I am not sure how to remove these extra pages.

We are using BI 4.1 SP04.

Please suggest.
