I have created a report in Webi Rich Client using an Excel file as a data source. I had no problems with it until I tried to use an Excel file with ~253.000 rows, a ~40MB file.
When I refresh the report to use the new bigger file, only the first ~202.000 rows were loaded. Analyzing the data, I could see that the last rows were not loaded, what seems to point to a size/number of rows limitation when using an Excel file as a data source.
I did some other tests with other Excel files: 201k rows, loaded only ~200k. However with smaller files, 106K, 90K, all the rows are loaded and the report works perfectly.The format of the files is always the same, only difference is in the amount of rows (shorter or longer time periods).
I haved read some other threads about this and didn't find any info about this possible limitation.
I would really appreaciate if someone could help me with this.
I am using:
BO 4.1 SP5
Excel 2010 (also tried with Excel 2013).
