Generate BO report and email as an Excel attachment from a web application

Hi,

We need to create a web application having the following requirements.

Web application has drop-down filter for Country, State and City.

• User can select the appropriate values for these (Optional).
  • These values should be passed as prompt values for a BO report.
• After selecting the values, User clicks on the Excel icon next to drop-down. when the user clicks on excel icon,
  • The BO report should be generated in the excel format. (Using BO 4.0)
  • Generated excel report should be emailed to a group of people automatically.

Is it possible through BO without using SDK?
