Filtering on a created Measure variable

Good Afternoon,

I have created a report which shows sales for items by week in a cross-table. In the cross-table I have inserted columns before the top header so that I can also show additional data (average weekly sales, on hand inventory, etc..) One of those columns I have displaying a variable I have created which just takes the on hand inventory and divides it by average weekly sales to produce a Weeks on Hand measure. When attempting to filter on items that have less than 1 Week on Hand, the data just clears (sales data, WOH column) but the on hand inventory data remains. I am trying to get the whole row removed for the articles with less than 1 Week on Hand. Any suggestions on how to do this?
