Unable to Logon in Rich client in Offline mode in BI4 SP6

Hi Experts,

     I'm using BI4 SP6. I'm able to log on with rich client in online mode and able to import documents and work on it. But i could not able to log on in offline mode. its keep on saying that at least once you have to log on with online mode, even though i have loged on in online mode and impot documents. i could able to see the docs in Userdocs folder. I have tried the below steps but still i could not able to use the offline mode.

1. 1. Launch Webi Rich Client(Right click on Rich Client and select Run as Administrator)
2. 2. Log on in Online mode and open some reports.
3. 3. Exit from Rich client and close the session completely.
4. 4. Again Launch Webi Rich Client(Right click on Rich Client and select Run as Administrator)
5. 5. Log on in Offline mode and open the reports which you have opened in online mode.

And i have tried to remove the lsi file from %Userprofile%/mydocument/my business objects documents/locdata folder. sitll no luck. Can you please help me to resolve this.
