One day, a user reports that one WebI report is taking 30 minutes instead of normal 1-2 minutes time. Assume that they are with latest SP/patches and no changes done to that report recently. How to proceed to identify the reasons on the system and fix it, with steps, please ? I tried, but couldn't find this information on SCN, please. Will it have different approach whether the WebI is created on BICS Connection or Universe by IDT, please ?
