Store Runtime value in Variable which is depends on i/p control

Hi --

I have a report which contained two blocks with respective input controls.I want to calculate the difference of these two blocks in different block(Third Block).

So I'm trying to store the values in separate variables and making out the difference like (V1-V2) in Third Block.

Please help ...!
