Email Password Protected output

Hi Experts

Looking for solution to schedule a WEBI report with Excel as output, with password protection. File will be sent to user via email.

Need to know two things

1. can excel be generated with password..

2. if yes, can we have dynamic password, which changes.

for now, even a solution with static password will work.

We are using SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 6, with BW as source for all reports.
