Date variable help...

Hello,

I have the following:

customerid  Bill Date

1                   01/17/2016 05:11:14 PM

2                  01/15/2016 01:24:46 PM

3                  01/16/2016 03:43:56 AM

4                  01/17/2016 09:15:45 PM

I need to create a new column to show new bill dates with the criteria of previous day > 12pm

So assuming date is 01/18/2016 , the above should show

customerid  Bill Date                                    New

1                   01/17/2016 05:11:14 PM          YES

2                  01/15/2016 01:24:46 PM           NO

3                  01/16/2016 03:43:56 AM           NO

4                  01/17/2016 09:15:45 PM           YES

Is there a way to do this?
