We have a strange problem in our BO-environment after upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1.
The situation right now is:
- We have the 4.0-version in Production - Pbo.
- The Pbo 4.0 works fine with SSO
- The upgraded Development environment (Dbo 4.1) works fine for some users, but not for all!!
-Those some users have all the same problem:
- When they use the logon-URL (http://<cms>/BOE/BI ) the get "missing page"
- If those "problem"-users instead use /logonNoSso.jsp located in the same folder, the get a working logonpage.
- For the users that has no problem with the 4.1-version, the use sso
- In the upgrade there were corrections made in the installation of Tomcat.
- We all use Internet Explorer 11
Since it workes on my machine with my user I let a collegue logon to my pc with his user (meaning his profile is loaded), The result is that his user on my pc, with the same browser for the same environment doesn't get the logonpage, but when I do the same action I can successfully work with BO 4.1.
If this is connected to the 4.1-upgrade I have to find the solution before we can upgrade Pbo to 4.1.
