We are using SAP BO v4.1 and I have created publications with Dynamic Recipient Lists. The dynamic recipients lists are other WEBi reports which, for example, collect a list of existing customers and other details used in the personalization part of the publications.
Ideally, I would like the Dynamic Recipients List to be automatically refreshed before I run the publication in order to have the latest list of customers driving the publication. Unfortunately, I have not found a way to automate this part as scheduling a refresh only creates instances and in a publication you cannot select an instance as the dynamic recipient list.
Any ideas on how to achieve the automatic update of the dynamic recipient list will be very much appreciated.
