Horizontal Table issues

Hi Experts,

Object called -Entity having values [Covered Recipient,Cover recipient address,Spend etc.]

object called-Src_Sys_Desc having values [France Phrama,Veeva,Portal].

Then one Entity object having multiple source system values

Another object called Err_Cd_Id  values 401,402,403,404 etc(In the body as Count)

We have requirement  display the records as below format,Entity wise and source system wise error Count

how to do Please help me ,we tried it but we got below format,we couldn't get original format

These highlighted record (Covered Recipient) should merge and appear under one cell as shown in the top image.

Note: This is a Horizontal Table what we are trying to achieve in WEBI.

Please suggest if it is possible using any other block format also CrossTab etc.
