How to create a with following output from the main table

Hi All,

Thanks in advance.

I need following out put from a table. (Is there any option like Foreach, Forall or in).

There are some tickets in my table, some are closed and some are work in progress. In output I need  how many tickets are opened and closed in a week.

I created following 2 tables as example for explanation.
