Count of consecutive occurences

Hi Guru's,

I have a report  where I have two columns like reading date and consumption. In report, I need to show like below:

If any of the consecutive 12 times for last 13 reading, the consumption value is less than a threshold value, say 1000, then I will show those values in the report.

Unfortunately, I am not able to found any function/tips to get the consecutive values in webI.

Please help and thanks in advance.
