Missing SAP Context Menu (Document and Home) in BO 4.1 and IE11

Hello,

We just recently upgraded our our browser from IE8 to IE11 and we are running into issue of not been able to see the "SAP Context Menu" (Documents and Home).  We have SAP BW 7.31 (SP14) / BO 4.1 (SP5) / Browser: IE11.  The login has to be done via the Portal and not the Launch Pad or Rich Client.  This works fine in other browsers like IE8, IE9 or Firefox.  Issue is only on IE11 through the Portal.  Any idea on what SAP Note that need to be applied or if we are missing any settings configuration?  See the screenshot below for reference:
