problem with thousands and decimal numbers

Hello people, to export a Bex Query in the Webintelligence the Keyfigure show 4.8E9 instead of 4,800,000,000.00. I try to fix the problem through the decimal options and the Scaling Factor, but the problem persist.

Anyone knows how to organize the representation of thousands and decimals in  WebIntelligence?
