Popup in Webi on open

Hi,

Is there a way to add a popup window with links to a PDF file or show a PDF file in a popup window? I was checking some links including this - Break that down: How to inject javascript into a Webi report.

But none of the solution worked for BO 4.1.

Any suggestions or help appreciated.
