I have a webi document that shows a list of aircraft and who the sales person assigned in CRM is to that particular aircraft. When an aircraft is sold or transferred sometimes a new sales person will be assigned to it.
Goal: When we schedule the aircraft list to go out to our sales people once a week, it will show the planes that have been added to their territory and planes that have been removed from their territory.
I have been playing with the data tracking but can't seem to figure it out, I manually changed some AC around in CRM and when I refreshed the report it had the proper assignments, however, the changes were not highlighted or noticeable.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?
It seems like most guides I have found are outdated or not really what I am trying to accomplish.
