Outlier Indicator.

Not sure how possible this is or if this is possible at all, but any help is appreciated:

Here’s the thought and please keep in mind I have no access to make any changes in the Universe, so all of this should be in the report.

Im trying to build a report that would show numbers higher or lower than the 12 week average or another object v

Here’s what the report looks like right now:

I want the report to:

• - Show the average of the last 12 weeks of my Shipment history Qty for all Products
• - Then Indicate in DemandPlan, numbers greater or less than the 12 week average by 50%
• - Highlight such cells as red.
