I am in BO 4.0 SP6 PL1 in both Quality and Production environments. While refreshing my existing webi report(based on a Bex query) in the quality environment, I find the #UNAVAILABLE error for Volume columns. This was not the case in the past. The same report run in Production runs perfectly without any error.
The only difference between Quality and Production is the service pack of the BW server. It is SP10 in Production and SP13 in Quality(upgraded recently from SP10 to sp13). We are planning to upgrade the Productioin server with SP13. It would be great if we could get the reason for this problem before that.
