Alert scheduling ( Exception scheduling in Webi)

Hi Experts,

I have to implement Alert scheduling in Webi.  I have to schedule a report to the Users email every day, If  the values of the KPI get zero (that means still month end closing not done) then these reports should not schedule to the users.

Could you please help how can I implement above scenario.
