Consolidating multiple values into one result

Hi,

Currently, I'm receiving multiple results in a report where, for each dimension, there are multiple values. This is producing multiple rows in the report:

I am hoping to have a formula, or other way this can be consolidated, so for each ID Number, the sum of each respective columns are provided (as below)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
