Report name change automatically monthly

Hi all,

i have a issue

i want report name should change by monthly

for example

report name

cmsp_mbrs_by_zipcode_2176_<MMYY>.Xls

for January 2014

cmsp_mbrs_by_zipcode_2176_<0114>.Xls

for february

cmsp_mbrs_by_zipcode_2176_<0214>.Xls

for march

cmsp_mbrs_by_zipcode_2176_<0314>.Xls
