Hi,
I created an optional prompt in the universe. The definition of the optional prompt is
Tablename.columnname in @Prompt('Select Country','A','Class\Object',multi,constrained,not_persistent,,optional)
When executing the report with the optional prompt included in the query , only if any value is selected the report runs without any error.
If no value is selected and when clicking on OK in the Prompt screen the below error message occurs.
Removing optional prompts from the query will introduce new prompts. This introduces complexities that cannot be supported. (WIS 00027)
Can anyone suggest if there is any work around for this? since I have optional prompts in many reports I am creating it again and again at the report level.
I am looking how to create an optional prompts in the universe.
