We are using BO4 SP5 and have some users who have installed bo4 client tools, but this includes all including univesre designer.
We wish to allow some users to install the webi rich client via Infoview and have set preferences accortdingly but nor working .e. no setp.exe prompted
when view or try create report.
Takes about running zabo_wi.
Anybody managed to get this to work?
If could supply step by step instaructions that woudl be great as have looked at manual and would ahev thought would eb simply set prefereces to desktop.
Didn't w3ant to have to install the bo4 client tools separately on users pcss - would have been better if coudl do via browser.
