Mixing the hierarchy levels in a cross tab

Hello Experts,

I have a cross tab YTD report requriement where Products are mixed up on the Horizontal Axis, the Products hierarchy will show randomly selected products one after the other, for ex : level 3 then level 1 then level 2 then Level 1 then SKU.(please find a mock up report format in the attachment)

I can do two/three or four tables in one report with different levels of products and position all the blocks together but that way I'm still not able to put the products level in the order required.

I cannot think of any other way to ahieve this, will really appreciate if someone can direct me in the right direction.
