Hyperlink

Hi,

I need to have hyperlink on the column "TR ID" in which i have an URL to pass, user needs the criteria like if for TR ID there will be a set of "1 to 100 " values if user enter on "5" then the form related to that "TR ID : 5" should be opened .

MY hyperlink form is "="<a href=\""Corresponding URL" title=\"\" target=\"_blank\" nav=\"web\">"+[NC TR ID]+"</a>"

Please help me how to pass parameters in URL.
