Hyperlink Issue

Hi all,

IS using hyperlinks can we pass parametrs to a web page is it possible??? if so please tell me the approach.

I have idea of report to report linking but to link between report to a portal how should i need to pass parameters need your help on this.

if i give in URL "URL name?12345" its getting hitted the particular id in tyeh page. But dynamically passing is issue here. Please help me on this.
