Need to capture the changed dimension

Hi All,

     I have a cross tab report where user wants to change the dimension in x axis lets say wrt fiscal year, fiscal quarter, geog location, by dragging and droping into block when he makes that i want to capture that selection in a cell how can i achieve it??

Ideas are appreciated..
