Opening a 3.1 webi document in 4.0 webi

Hello everyone,

I have a webi document developed in 3.1. I need to open that in webi 4.0. I am trying with rich client with locally saved report

When I tried ,it throwed an error message " You can not open this file with your current connection'

How to resolve this.
