Promotion Job Failed - Commit attempted and failed

Hi All,

I am trying to Promote a BOBJ Report from QA to Production through CMC. I am getting the below error.

"Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Logon failure to Destination CMS:xxxxxxxxx"

I am able to Promote reports from BOBJ Dev to QA environment. I thought that i might not have necessary rights in Prod as compared to QA but Admin is saying I have the same access rights in QA and Prod environments

Above message says - Logon failure to Destination, however, I can log on to the Prod CMC
