Webi with hyperlink takes huge time to refresh

Hi,

I have a Webi report (BI 4.0 SP8) where i have used two hyperlinks for Actuals key figure.

Webi report is based on BICS connection and it displays the data based on Cost Element hierarchy

When i run the Webi report, select lowest hierarchy level in prompt, the report takes 6 mins and when i select the highest level in prompt, the report times out after 25 minutes.

If i remove the hyperlink from the report, the report takes 2 minutes to display data for the highest level of hierarchy.

Please let me know how I can optimize the report so that it can pull the data for highest level of hierarchy without taking that much of time.

I have tuned the servers but this report does not bring data.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
